Families may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tutoring session and a credit will be issued for future tutoring sessions. If the family cancels the tutoring session less than 24 hours before the session, the family will still be charged for that session in full. Students have 15 minutes to arrive for their tutoring sessions before the session is cancelled. Cancellations may be excused in the event of a family emergency or sudden unforeseen ilness.
